Bed bugs require calm diagnosis, proper preparation and often two stages of work. Treating only the visible area is rarely enough because hiding places can be narrow and spread across bed frames, skirting boards and furniture joints.
Before the visit we ask about symptoms, rooms, type of property and possible sources such as travel, hotels, transport or used furniture. This helps the technician focus on the right areas during the visit.
